De markt voor vloeispaat is een cruciaal segment binnen de sector industriële mineralen en vormt de basis voor tal van essentiële productieprocessen in verschillende industrieën. Vloeispaat, een mineraal samengesteld uit calciumfluoride (CaF2), wordt gewaardeerd om zijn unieke eigenschappen, waaronder een laag smeltpunt, een hoog fluoridegehalte en chemische reactiviteit. Het wordt doorgaans onderverdeeld in twee hoofdklassen: vloeispaat van zure kwaliteit (zuurspaat), dat ten minste 97% CaF2 bevat, en vloeispaat van metallurgische kwaliteit (metspaat), met een lager CaF2-gehalte.

De belangrijkste drijfveer voor de zuurspaatmarkt is de onmisbare rol die het speelt bij de productie van fluorwaterstofzuur (HF). Fluorwaterstofzuur is een essentiële voorloper van een breed scala aan fluorchemicaliën, waaronder koelmiddelen, fluorpolymeren (zoals PTFE) en verschillende speciale chemicaliën die worden gebruikt in de elektronica-, farmaceutische en auto-industrie. Due to an unforeseen situation, we are currently looking for an MST paramedic (sadly not nurses) to join our mission in Gaza for a paid single rotation — or multiple rotations until the end of the year, if you're interested.

Please note: due to the urgency, we need to confirm the deployment by Wednesday morning, 08:00 (Berlin time).

We will prioritize applicants with prior experience in Gaza, as the context remains highly challenging.

We are looking for a FLINTA Medical Doctor!

we are urgently looking for a medical doctor for Aurora Operation 22!

Operation dates: 25.7.-28.8.

We are looking for an experienced MD who feels comfortable to work alone on board and has some SAR experience.

Just to recap the situation on Aurora: There are only 7 crew members, only one medical doctor (MD). 

However, as the schedule is very tight, I welcome any offers.

Since December 2023, Med'EqualiTeam has been working in the Thessaloniki region to meet the growing primary health care needs of asylum seekers, refugees and other vulnerable groups. With the suspension of several programmes, the closure of NGOs and the geographical isolation of new camps, displaced populations face many barriers to accessing health care.

Greece Context

From the summer of 2015, large numbers of people seeking asylum arrived in the European Union, fleeing war or misery in their countries of origin. Greece is one of the entry points, and this situation has turned Thessaloniki into a key area on the route, due to its proximity to Türkiye and the Balkans.

Until December 2022 many people in Thessaloniki were housed under the ESTIA II (Emergency Support to Integration and Accommodation). After the closure of this program, approximately 10, 000 people were evicted from their homes, either forced into new controlled and remote…

We are looking for team players who are also able to work independently. We need people who are patient, professional, and prepared to respect the pre-existing systems and code of conductwe’ve developed over the years to make our services as fair and smooth-running as possible, but who can also bring new, fresh ideas, energy, and enthusiasm.

Our timetable and each volunteer’s role vary depending on day-to-day needs. For this reason, an open mind and a flexible approach to work are essential.
